plugin not showing up under Tools when move-transition is loaded

Not sure if this is an issue with this plugin, OBS or move-transition. But when I install the move-transition plugin, the transition-table plugin is not shown under the Toools menu-bar.

I'm on M1 MacOS and using OBS 28.

Snippets from OBS logs:

EDIT: Tried some additional troubleshooting.

1. Move my ~/Library/Application Support/obs-studio directory elsewhere
2. Re-launch OBS (it will re-create the directory)
3. Quit OBS
4. Copy the plugins folder from the old directory to the newly created one
5. Re-launch OBS

EDIT2: If I compile OBS, move-transition, and transition-table myself, and then run that OBS, both plugins work.

Still the same problem. If I remove the move-transition.plugin from the plugins directory, the transition-table plugin shows up under the Tools menubar item.

EDIT2: I can see that the transition table hotkeys show up under preferences in OBS. So something has been loaded.
