Currently this is blocked due to it not being possible to implement the linked-list exercise on Cairo 2.8.*.
Upgrade only once this issue is resolved starkware-libs/cairo#6321 Cairo 2.8.2 is released, see starkware-libs/cairo#6321 (comment)

Will be waiting on Cairo 2.8.2 for the necessary bug fixes for starkware-libs/cairo#6321, see starkware-libs/cairo#6321 (comment)
