The URL in extras/datasets.py for the quora questions dataset is:

http://qim.ec.quoracdn.net/quora_duplicate_questions.tsv

but that gives a 404. I think the correct URL should be:

http://qim.fs.quoracdn.net/quora_duplicate_questions.tsv
