I'd like to achieve the same functionality as defined here with expo router:

Is there a straight forward way to implement it?

Intention is good, but it doesn't even closely work as expected. I only want navigation to survive live reloads and play no animation when restoring initiaState. Unfortunately, this trivial scenario is not possible with Expo Router.
