Was trying to figure out why the perms value 'user_executable_file' wasn't working.

However, I noticed looking at the ./options/config.rs file it was referred to as 'user_execute_file'.

Once updating the value to 'user_execute_file' in my yaml file, theming was now applying correctly.

So in the eza_colors-explanation.5.md file, it should instead be 'user_execute_file' instead.
