Create single-page app for monitoring auction contract

The main purpose of the app is to be able to track different ERC20 tokens and their auctions that led to them.

Consider this a very free-moving issue. Feel free to ignore the current content of the repo, by working on a new branch that eventually will overwrite master. The current src/Main.purs is just something we can use to demonstrate event parsing for different chains, without involving a GUI.
