I think that on the Apple Qwerty-International keyboard, the backtick and paragraph keys are physically swapped on purpose because it brings the dead grave accent (backtick key) closer. With any standard PC keyboard it should work as expected.
In such a case you’ll just have to swap these two keys in the keylayout file (every occurrence).
If there’s a way to make this keyboard layout work with both standard keyboards and Apple 105-key keyboards, I’d take a patch. The Bépo folks might have a solution for that. :-)
I took a look at the keylayout file, everything looks ok.
I would love to fix that issue, could you give me a hint / something to start with?
