Help needed With configuring right profile Freedom Internet(NL) with Canal+

Hi, As of yesterday we are on Freedom Internet. Not willing to use the fritzbox, I gave the udm-iptv from @fabianishere a try. But I can not get it to work. Can someone help me?

Freedom tells you to use these settings:

        Router needs to do DHCP-requests on VLAN 4*  for TV.
        NAT needs to be used  over VLAN 4*.
        The static routes needed will be pushed via DHCP option 121
        De settopboxen hangen in het normale LAN.
        IGMP snooping or proxying needs to be used on VLAN 4*.
        RTSP connection tracking module has to be used if available if not it is possible to create a destination NAT rule to the settopbox.

I have treid it but i'm getting the output below here from udm-iptv diag. What do I need to do to get the right profile?

Hi I got it working with the standard xs4all profile with in the script. I just forgot to disable de native IPTV option on the WAN settings in the Unifi UI.
