Currently a farce. Constant permission problems, as already seen in #4.

Makes upgrading an installation a massive pain (and guess what I want to do frequently at the moment).

Would be easily solved with https://github.com/tatewake/dokuwiki-plugin-backup/, but semi-depends on tatewake/dokuwiki-plugin-backup#47.
