Cosmetic improvements on application side

A compilation of cosmetic improvements on the application side.

• Improve design of these buttons on kit cards

• Improve add new kit modal (symmetry, colors, fonts, sizes, improve copy, make consistent with the rest)

• Improve readability of delete kit modal (DELETE in red?) (improve copy, make consistent with the rest)

  Also, add a small tooltip or brief explanation about what happens: "If you click DELETE, we will mark the device to be deleted in the following 24h. If you change your mind, you can request a recovery of the device before 24h grace period at support@smartcitizen.me"

• Filters (same as above)

• Tags (same as above, including double scroll bar) The average data is not true --> remove, and the ALL tags should be better explained. Also, the tags look too small, but we will do that on a separate improvement.
