createJestConfig function's last parameter is hardCoded to false. Is it for future enhancements?

And the declaration of createJestConfig reads like this

// packages/react-scripts/scripts/utils/createJestConfig.js
module.exports = (resolve, rootDir, isEjecting) => {

and isEjecting is used only once in createJestConfig.js.

I just wanted to know if it can be removed?
