auto refresh doesn't work on saving changes

Hello All,

I'm using a react app in vs code spaces. but when I save the web page it isn't reloading. I added the below env variables but still the page doesn't reload. Here is the app code https://github.com/arunkumar413/cra-template

FAST_REFRESH=false
CHOKIDAR_USEPOLLING=true
WATCHPACK_POLLING=true
