Bug: when i run react locally the on network ip address is not correct

Steps To Reproduce

when i run react npm start (this worked correctly before updating node) after the latest update, the on network ip address ignore the wireless connection and always puts the Ethernet card ip address

when i run react npm start (this worked correctly before updating node) after the latest update, the on network ip address ignore the wireless connection and always puts the Ethernet card ip address

The expected behavior

puts the real ip address in my local network
