Will chokidar_usepolling=true start up the server faster in my docker container? #4143

I read in the guideline that this setting might be necessary in VMs.
I have noticed that the server takes longer to start in my docker container. is this setting supposed to help it start up faster?

It's mandatory to trigger updates when you make changes to files -- if anything, it might slow it down, but your save-and-refresh will work.
