RCTLogLevel on Android?

It seems there is no way to set the JS log level on Android at runtime? I'd like to be able to toggle the JS log level at runtime, as I'm able to do using RCTLog.h on iOS.

(This is opened as an issue as it's a lack of iOS/Android parity in a cross platform development framework.)
