Question: RN 0.60 version pod install glog (0.3.5) error, help me!! T_T #25532

I used sudo xcode-select --switch /Applications/Xcode.app but it didn't solve my problem.

@CodeRabbitYu This helped me out as I tried making a new React Native project from an older mac running Mac OS Sierra.

after doing

sudo xcode-select --switch /Applications/Xcode.app

restart terminal and do

cd ios && pod install

@mayooresan i have tried running the xcode-select command, restarted the terminal and pod install still fails. This is the output of xcode-select -print-path: /Applications/Xcode 12.1.app/Contents/Developer.

I am on RN v0.63.4. Project created via npx react-native init MyProject

@ghoshabhi hi I figured out ..we can't name Xcode as Xcode 12.1 ..thats what it confuses...once I changed it its working fine :)

Changing "Xcode\ 12.2.app" back to "Xcode.app" works for me
