Configurable default js/assets folder for npm build #940

Npm build creates "build" folder and html inside has links that have "/" ("/static/_") uri as base. Is there a way to change this base so its e.g. "/myaccount/myapp1/" so the links generated in html would be "/myaccount/myapp1/static/_"? Or i need to eject?
