Some dependencies don't work in 3.11.

Seems we have asyncio things to fix:
asyncio.exceptions.CancelledError: https://github.com/facebookincubator/ptr/runs/7307009265?check_suite_focus=true

  • It also seems everything is running twice - Lets fix that if it's not a UI error.

Will try and repro and fix before release a new version so we're ready for 3.11
