What functions does PlotJuggler use to load a ULG file and to save CSVs #980

I'm hoping to hack together a quick little cmdline utility to covert ULGs to CSV.

My other scripts expect the format produced by plotjuggler, but using the UI to convert dozens of these is tedious.

I'd just need a bit of guidance as to which functions are responsible for loading ULG files and for saving as CSVs in oder to get started.
