Separate questions in the Volunteer Sign Up

As a volunteer, I want to know which information is needed from me, so that the organisation knows how to plan my missions accordingly.

Right now the text field asks two questions of which one would better be designed as a checkbox. The large text box should only say "Tell us a bit about yourself", while there should be another checkbox selection underneath the checkbox with the label "I have a vehicle that can be used for deliveries" that has the answers "Compact", "SUV", "Truck and maybe "Other" with the option to fill in something into a short text field.
