I'm struggling to get my mods to load.

When I run the container I make the mods folder and then copy the mods in but the server does not seem to reflect that(I did restart the container). I've tried adding my token and name and manually setting the mods directory in the environment variables but that too has failed to work. Any indication as to where I'm going wrong would be appreciated.
