Found This - What the Heck Is It Supposed To Do?

I have not tried to build this. The name looks interesting in that it is a tasker plugin related to BT-LE. But no readme. No idea what it can do. In browsing the code, I see nothing that is BT-LE related. Am I missing something?

Paused project, coz have no time for now. Tried to make plugin at first with needed abilities to pass some data and execute scan progress, which not realized (yet). For now that's just code reference to make tasker plugins (very first step). If you interested in, make your own or fork =)
Making this for background scan of ble devices, and then to transfer some data. But have no time.
