👋 Suggestion to unify model names to follow the same model_name value pattern.

Issue#

No-Story

Description:

- Some model names do not contain manufacturer e.g. iPhone SE while some other contain the manufacturer name "Samsung Galaxy S3"
- Restructure values in multi lines to be easier to inspect according to https://github.com/faker-ruby/faker/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#yaml
- Order alphabetically
