4K showing available but quality is 1080

I have two Radarr configurations setup in Jellyseerr pointing to the same container. They have different active profiles, the default config is 1080p and the 4K config is Preferred (see corresponding quality profiles in Radarr shown below). When a 1080p movie is downloaded, it shows the 4K as available too. How do I force Jellyseerr to differentiate based on quality?

Did you setup 4k requesting seperately in jellyseerr. You'll need to do that and it will detect 4k seperately.

Is both the 4k media in different libraries. Even if it is not though, If this is properly setup to use 4k, jellyfin/emby scan will look at the width of the movie (if above 2000 i.e 4k) it will get the 4k jellyfinId and mark just 4k as available (i just tested this).

If it's marking both, then you might have something misconfigured and I would suggest hopping onto discord if you can so we can try troubleshooting together as I'm not sure what's happening in your case either without further going through logs and your configurations
