pokedex numbers for Meltan and Melmetal are wrong

Still an issue as of 5.2.8. Will become a real issue once Victini is released.

Those aren't the actual pokedex numbers and are unrelated to everything else. They are more like an internal index for the "database". If for example Victini is released, Meltans and Melmetals numbers would just bump up.

Although I agree that there should be the actual pokedex number somewhere. I cannot find the bug report, but there was one, which mentioned another database.
