Add general "Asset lifespan" property that is log-based

Replace the existing "Planned arrival/departure" property of animals with a more general "Asset lifespan" property that is log-based, so you can actually record the arrival/purchase/birth and departure/death/harvest/sale via logs, and use that specific date in calculations.
