It would be cool if an album a song or a playlist could have the option to, change the thumbnail with an image or to put the thumbnail from another song/album

Suggested Solution

in the song's options other than the " change song's title " or " change artist's name " the " change thumbnail " could lead you to a menu where you can change between a personalized thumbnail or an album's thumbnail, where the personalised one brings you to photos while the album option brings you to your listened songs and lets you choose the one you want the thumbnail of.

Alternatives

if the personalized thumbnail isn't possible the song/album option would still be great!
