I find the navigation from folder to folder cumbersome and not precise, which can be discouraging for front designers.
I rather propose a file naming by what it represents.

Currently:

- views
        - admin
                  - fixture
                           - create.twig
                           - edit.twig
                           - index.twig
                  - leauge
                           - create.twig
                           - edit.twig
                           - index.twig
                   ....
        - auth
                  - index.twig
        - home
                  - index.twig
        ....

Proposal:

- views
        - admin
                  - fixture-form-create.twig
                  - fixture-form-edit.twig
                  - fixture-table.twig
                  - leauge-form-create.twig
                  - leauge-form-edit.twig
                  - leauge-table.twig
                   ....
        - front
                  - auth.twig
                  - home.twig
                  ....

After that as you can see you have duplicate forms that will be modified:

- views
        - admin
                  - fixture-form.twig
                  - fixture-table.twig
                  - leauge-form.twig
                  - leauge-table.twig
                   ....
        - front
                  - auth.twig
                  - home.twig
                  - match-list.twig
                  - standing-table.twig
                  ....

And you can have two different layouts: front and admin.

It looks nice and tidy but wouldn't it be confusing when dozens of pages are created? I will try it.

you can separate by apps or modules like:

- views
        - football
                 - admin
                         - ....
                 - front
                         - ....
        - rugby
                 - admin
                         - ....
                 - front
                         - ....
        - forum
                 - admin
                         - ....
                 - front
                         - ....
