Anyone else having problems with drag start event since the newest version of chrome (v60)?

I am as well in my own code base, but havent found any other documentation (or people) having this problem...

I'm experiencing what may be this issue. I have two computers with "identical" Chrome configurations - same profile, same extensions, same version of Chrome, same version of Windows. Drag-and-drop works fine on one, however on the other computer it does not work. I have text in my drag-and-drop rows, and on the computer where drag is not working, I can instead highlight the text.
