First, thanks for the plugin.
I would like to use it to represent the geological layers found in geological boreholes.
I could be very interesting the possibility to add more than one vector layer in the same profile (filled profile or only the line).
(one option could be select the vector layer then update preview for the 1st profile, then select another vector layer -> update preview -> see the 2 profiles, etc.

Hi cesarcorreo,
this functionality would take some study before being implemented ...

If you want to learn more you can start looking at the following template.

Thanks @Raruto and @cesarcorreo for both answer and question. As mentioned by @Raruto we can add this but it will require a little bit of study.

Thanks for your answer.
Due to my (no) programming skills I'm currently trying to do it on Excel. I give you two examples I did using the profile tool (QGIS), exporting the data table and using this data in excel (conventional and 3d maps).
If you consider to improve it, I offer you my help (from a geological point of view because unfortunately I don't have any programming skill)

@cesarcorreo i'm not a day by day Python / QGIS developer too.

@ghtmtt should be more experienced than I am...

However, below are just a few of the issues you should consider:

  1. Are there already alternative solutions?
  2. how should we select levels in qgis?
  3. how should we select map templates in qgis?
  4. in what format should data be exported?
  5. in what format should data be visualized?
  6. what happens if the user moves the mouse over the leaflet map?
  7. what happens if the user moves the mouse over the leaflet chart?
  8. how to select active levels?
  9. what additional info is needed for a simple display?

Have a nice day,
Raruto
