Compiling fcitx5-config-qt

I have downloaded what I thought were all the different modules of fcitx5, including fcitx5-qt, but for some reason I do not see fcitx5-config-qt being generated, only fcitx5-configtool. Here is a directory listing of /opt/fcitx5/bin:

What have I missed in order to also generate fcitx5-config-qt? I have searched high and low on the internet but not found information I could use. Most users of course install fcitx5 and all its modules from a repository whereas I have compiled on my computer running Rocky Linux 9. By the way, I am running X11 and the Mate Desktop on RL 9.
