目前，这个程序 (kbd-layout-viewer5) 界面只显示了键盘布局（如图），但实际上，这个程序还能用于测试键盘输入对应的按键（见 #716）。这个功能的存在似乎不太明显，因此建议添加一行类似“按任意键以测试键盘布局”的指引。
