Use vtk fix from FEBioStudio dev version

I communicated with @SteveMaas1978 in this issue [febiosoftware/FEBioStudio#48] about the vtk export. Could this fix in the Multiphasic Material be used quickly in the vtk export of the FEBio solver?

Hi Steffen,

I ported to fix to the FEBio VTK plotfile option. Please update to the latest development version and give it a try. Let me know what you find.

Hi Steve,

I tried the latest development version and i would say there is still a issue: it seems that the solute fluxes are extracted as the names of the solutes but not the solute concentrations. I remember an earlier version where the solute concentrations were also exported.

My original idea, however, that the solution in the Studio dev is also used in the solver directly, was probably done here b2dc580
I will give it a try:)
