What were you trying to do and how can we improve it?

Include information about upcoming changes to the audit program. This would be helpful for understanding the differences between the programs. Since the 2026 election cycle is when these rules will be in effect and we are near the start of the cycle, this information would be extremely helpuful before the start of the "new" cycle.
