Commands not working/enabled?

Hello, I followed the install steps multiple times over seperate instances and between different dedicated machines,
The server starts, Loads, and NSM Connects to my server. I can also join without a hitch.

However, Commands do not work at all. The Server simply wont respond with anything.


The server Runs and plays fine without issue. My friends can join and play for aslong as we need, its just the commands dont work and no plugins seems to be enabled.
Ive tried it on my personal Computer and on 2 seperate dedicated mechines.

(ps. im also aware of logfile issue, i can fix that easily.. not sure what the token error is though)

Is there something im missing? (I can provide log files or any info needed.)

Basic Info:
Machine(s) tried on: 2x Windows 10 Machines, 1 Lubuntu Machine. (all with specs way above whats needed for the game [Intel & Nvidia Based]) OS's are Fully Updated.
Dependicies: All upto date.
Errors: None other than "token" error at masterserver. Install is seamless everytime and works everytime. Just no in-game commands.
Game/ServerType: Black ops 2 - Plutonium T6 (Zombies)

Ive also tried an assortment of things to try and fix it like changing command prefixes and compiling a different plugin to try with basic commands like hello world.

The token error means there was a problem fetching an api key from the MasterServer. Note, I know nothing about this software, only that someone else had the same problem on the plutonium forums and I found this repository looking for the cause of the issue.
