[BUG] Error start toolbox container after update to F35 Silverblue

Describe the bug
Error when starting toolbox after upgrading to Fedora 35 Silverblue.
Error: invalid entry point PID of container toolbox-1

To Reproduce
Please describe the steps needed to reproduce the bug:

1. create a new container under Fedora Silverblue 34 toolbox create toolbox-1
2. rebase to F35 rpm-ostree rebase fedora:fedora/35/x86_64/silverblue
3. reboot
4. try to start container toolbox enter toolbox-1

   Error: invalid entry point PID of container toolbox-1
   

Expected behavior
The container starts without any error.
