Set Default Authentication Token for Dockerhub or Quay

This new option allows you to standardize the token used for deploys.

Remove Need to Specify Image Path

In this release you no longer need to specify the docker hub image path, gantree will automatically detect this from your Dockerrun.aws.json file.
