Partially fulfilled by #135, which enables regenerating scripts. But this is more about updating Logos itself. Fixing #129 will also make this easier.

Note to self: The installed Logos version should be stored in the config file and then the Logos version XML feed should be checked to compare the versions.

Alternatively, we should see if there is a file in the Logos install dir that contains the version to compare, in case the Logos version was updated after install.
