Toggle for Chat Messages and Computer Notifications

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user who enjoys occasional bossing, I want to receive wellness reminders while bossing without a computer notification which blocks my inventory so that I can both improve my health and my kill count without running the risk of poorly timed notification blocking an urgent action, like eating food, drinking potions, or switching prayers.

Describe the solution you'd like
In addition to having computer notifications, add two toggles to send a game chat message and to send a computer notification. As a further stretch goal, add a drop-down menu whose options are as follows: Game Message, Broadcast Message, Public Chat, and Clan Chat.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Users can turn off the plugin before entering bossing content; however, users like myself forget to turn on the plugin after leaving content. Unfortunately, Windows 10 has no options for changing the location of its toast notifications.

Additional context
While request is mild severity (potential for player death) and low impact (low frequency for occurrences), request is desirable to bossing users.
