Pico 2 W: Led blinking causes screen flicker and ioctl timeouts #2

When enabling the LED on a Pico 2 W (RP2350), the screen flickers red and these messages are printed to uart:

[CYW43] do_ioctl(2, 263, 16): timeout

This does not occur on Pico W (rp2040)
