Skip MBE when cycling between windows

The window command 'w' (i.e., CTRL_W w or CTRL_W CTRL_W) is very useful to switch from one window to another when I have two windows open. However, with MBE activated, it lands in the MBE window in between. Is there a way to make the command skip the MBE window?
