Closing one buffer when there are two (leaving only one open) gives error #140

Hello. When I have two buffers open and I close one of the two, it closes, minibufexpl window on top goes away, but I see this error below:

Well, it seems I found a workaround, committed here: mcagl/dotvim@8990d7d
