Thanks for your Trainable Segmentation ! It gives me a chance to solve a problem easily!
But I still have a little questions about using the plugin....
Since I am counting droplets in a picture and the droplets are very close to each other, it is difficult to count
them simply using image J. When I use your Trainable Segmentation, I found that it can create a good result but I don't know how can I get the data of the droplets, that is to say, I want to know some characteristics of the droplets such as the area of each droplets, the number that classified and so on.
Could you please give me some advice about it?Thanks!
P.S. sorry for my poor knowledge about codes and English, hope they do not bother you. Thanks for your contribution!

Hello @ljsh739 ,
Thanks for your comments! This is probably a question that is better posted in the ImageJ forum. To analyze the results obtained with the Trainable Weka Segmentation plugin you might want to use some of the tools available in MorphoLibJ. Again, you may want to have a look at the forum first and see if someone posted a similar question before.
Cheers!
