What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Requirements

this does not need to always pop up all the time, because there are drives above and you have to move the mouse to the right and then back to select the other drive. Nice feature but it's annoying

This feature is useful when the home page isn't open (which is the case for the majority of a user session). It also only shows you hover the mouse over a drive so it shouldn't normally be in the way. Can you explain your use case for completely disabling it?

@yaira2 (lets use the image as example) Say you hover over the E: drive in the nav list. Then the pop-up covers the C: drive.

A different idea is that it disappear as soon as the mouse is not hovering the triggering element.

@Jay-o-Way the flyout only shows when hovering directly over the item.

If that's the issue, we can solve it by changing the flyout position.

@meemore can you please clarify if the issue is the placement of the tooltip or something else?
