Pinning useful apps to the top of the app-drawer

This is a suggestion by Claude Cesa, who reached out to me in an e-mail:

The ability to pin useful apps to the top of Launchers App-Drawer (alias apps-list) would be quite useful.

I implemented a version this as part of my fork.Pinning to the top was also suggested there, however I decided to instead add a separate list of favorite apps (see the discussion here).

Since many of the changes I made are a matter of taste (and this repo doesn't seem to be actively maintained any more) I decided not open a PR but just publish it as a separate app.
