Translator - new end point to return valid K8s manifest

Description of Problem:

When submitting a Calm manifest to the translator, I want the response to be a valid K8s manifest

Potential Solutions:

Add a new end point in https://github.com/finos-labs/architecture-as-code/blob/main/translator/src/main/java/org/finos/calmtranslator/controller/Translator.java that returns yaml/json.
