[Crashlytics] When is the stacktrace of an ANR report taken? At the start of the ANR or at the end?

As the new feature of ANR reports was added to Crashlytics I was hoping we could get some crucial information into how these reports are generated.

1. Is the stack trace taken at the start of measuring an ANR or when it has been confirmed as an ANR?
2. Does the framework make the distinction of foreground to background ANR?
3. Does the framework use the same duration as Google Console? 5 seconds for foreground and 10 for background?
