Support for model documentation on hover?

Would it be possible to provide on-hover model documentation?
To be clear, when hovering on d_orders within ref('d_orders') below, it would be nice if VSCode (or helix 🤓 ) could display the model documentation from dbt.

One can add model documentation according to these docs.
