DF Template Enhancements: Template Colors Persist When Template Is Hidden

Describe the issue
DF Template Enhancements allows template colors to persist for players when template is marked as hidden. Template boundary is hidden as expected.

To Reproduce
FVTT 10.291, D&D 5e 2.2.1
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a template.
2. Mark as hidden.
3. View as player.
4. Template colors can be erroneously seen.
5. Disabling module removes template colors from being seen by players.

Expected behavior
I expect the template colors to be truly hidden from the player regardless if the module is enabled or disabled.
