[RFE] Teach kola to save console logs from the semver machine

Current situation

When running multiple tests, Kola will spawn a machine to get the Flatcar tested version - it happens that this machine itself is not able to boot (because of hardware, kernel, Ignition issue) and we don't even have the logs saved by Kola.

Impact

Everything is failing and we don't have logs to investigate -> need to spawn the machine again, find a way to access the console, etc.

Ideal future situation

Kola saves at least the console logs of the semver machine.
